Identity

Eventeam.Gifts is a brand and domain, owned by Eventeam Lda, a Company based in Portugal with Portuguese NIF: 510597424. If you wish to contact us, please use our contact page or see our address below.

Orders

Accepting these Terms & Conditions you confirm you have read and agree to bound them and that you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which you have specified in our proposal. All orders are subject to acceptance by Eventeam.Gifts.

Price

All prices are quoted in € and include.
Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for products that you order are as stated in the proposal at the time at which you place your order.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment should be done as follows: 50% upon confirmation; 50% up to 30 days before the service. The non-fulfilment of these conditions will lead to the payment of interest (Portaria 1171/95 – 25 Set.). Payment is due via bank transfer to the banking details stated in the invoice.

Description of Products

The products depicted are as seen. The reproduction of colors and styles is as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. Eventeam.Gifts does not accept responsibility for slight variances in color and style.

Cancellation and Returns

Personalized or perishable items cannot be returned. If you want to return an item, simply email us at hello@eventeam.gifts indicating which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement (in which case state the date of the edition you want) or refund. We also ask you to give us a daytime contact telephone number. If the item is returnable under our Returns Policy terms and conditions, we will issue you with a returns address.

Defective Items

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. If the defect is caused by the design, files or any information given by you, the Client, Eventeam.Gifts is not liable or responsible and cannot accept returns. Personalized products cannot be returned.

Delivery

Eventeam.Gifts will deliver the products ordered by you to the address(es) which you give for delivery(ies) when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address.

If you wish Eventeam.Gifts to deliver direct to your attendees, please request a quotation for that service together with the postal code of each recipient.

Eventeam.Gifts uses various carriers to fulfill deliveries, and the time of delivery maybe affected. Eventeam.Gifts is not liable for any delay in the delivery time.

Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Eventeam.Gifts’s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the products in question (“Payment Amount”).

Eventeam.gifts shall not in any event be liable to you for:

Any direct loss; Or

Any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption of data or any indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Nothing in these conditions of sale shall exclude or limit the liability of Eventeam.Gifts for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data Protection

We will only use your data for the sole purpose of commercial transaction and logistics if not explicitly agreed otherwise.

Force Majeure

Eventeam.gifts shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Eventeam.Gifts including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.

Waiver

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, set out the whole of the agreement between you and Eventeam.Gifts. Eventeam.Gifts’s employees or agents are not authorized to make any representations concerning the products unless confirmed in writing by Eventeam.Gifts. You confirm that you do not rely on, and waive any claims for breach of, any such representations, which are not so confirmed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
